Feb. 6 Black History Month Celebration

TOMS RIVER – A Black History Month celebration will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 6 at the Toms River Branch of the Ocean County Library.

The event is geared for families. Registration is required and will begin on Jan. 23. Attendees are reminded to be on time; your spot may be given to someone who is waiting if you are late.
