APP: Kevin Geoghegan is the newest member of Toms River Township Council

Retired police Sgt. Kevin M. Geoghegan on Wednesday was sworn in on the Toms River Township Council. Geoghegan, 50, is a lifelong Toms River resident. His father, Joseph G. “Jerry” Geoghegan, served on the then-Township Committee from 1995-1999. Councilman Geoghegan serves as Berkeley’s EMS coordinator.
