Scottie Lewis scored 20 points and grabbed 16 rebounds Tuesday to lead the eighth-seeded Ranney School boys basketball team to a 75-51 win over visiting Brick Township in the first round of the Shore Conference Tournament.

Bryan Antoine scored 19 points and Alex Klatsky added 12 for the Panthers, who held a 30-18 lead at halftime.

Noah Buono scored 11 points and Joe Destefano added 10 for the 25th-seeded Green Dragons.
