A lifelong resident of Toms River, Joell Lanfrank passed away on Sunday after being pulled from the Atlantic Ocean in Seaside Park.

SEASIDE PARK — A 44-year-old woman died Sunday after she was pulled from the ocean off Seaside Park, officials said. The woman was brought in by lifeguards around 2 p.m., according to Ocean County Sheriff Michael Mastronardy.
