Jackson Police: Man Found Shot in Premium Outlet Parking Lot Committed Suicide

JACKSON-At approximately 10:01 am on Tuesday March 19, 2019, the Jackson Police Department received a call in reference to a 39 year old male threatening suicide with a gun.

Upon arrival at the male’s residence, responding officers determined that the male was not home and began an attempt to locate him. The investigation resulted in officers locating the male deceased from a single gunshot wound in a vehicle which was parked at the Jackson Premium Outlets.

The investigation is ongoing at this time and there does not appear to be any danger to the general public.
