SEASIDE HEIGHTS-It was perhaps the most well marketed property on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk in 2018, but now, the Bada Bean Cawfee House in Seaside Heights has packed up and left.

“We have made every attempt for a compromise to continue our business on the SSH Boardwalk this summer but it couldn’t be reached … Good news, we have 3 new locations this year,” the company said.

The owners of the company wanted to renegotiate their lease with the borough, but were denied.  Instead, the company will open a new location in Asbury Park this summer.

“We wish we could be here longer, we were looking to get a small business a little repreive in the rent,”

Last weekend, the building had been stripped of its trademark building wrap.  The borough has yet to announce what, if any business will take occupancy at the stand this summer.
