Los Angeles-area man sentenced to 7 years in federal prison for receiving, possessing and distributing child pornography

Daniel Patrick Diaz, 35, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge S. James Otero., Diaz pleaded guilty in July to four counts of receipt and distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
