365 Ocean Launches Virtual Tours, Announces New Procedures to Enhance COVID-19 Safety

Your News

365 Ocean, the collection of 57 oceanfront condominium residences in Long Branch, announced today that it has implemented a number of new policies and procedures designed to enhance the safety of the community’s residents, staff and prospective homebuyers, and ease some concerns about COVID-19.

The sales office at 365 Ocean is now open by appointment only until further notice, according to developer Mark Built Homes. The sales team is also offering virtual tours that will allow prospective buyers to video chat with them and virtually walk through available residences, model homes and amenity spaces.

CB New Homes, the community’s exclusive marketing and sales agent, has spent the last week improving its digital capability. Staff members have taken hundreds of new photos and videos of the community, including walk-throughs of many of the available units. Many of those new photos and videos will be added to the community’s website. Others will be available to interested home buyers during virtual sales appointments.

The new photos and videos highlight everything from the details of the luxury features to what the views from the balcony of certain residences look like.

365 Ocean has also taken the following steps to ensure that the community is a safe and sanitary environment for its residents and staff members:

• A commercial fogging/professional deep cleaning of all surfaces in the building will take place weekly
• Additional cleanings now take place throughout the day
• All high-touch points and surfaces are disinfected hourly
• Stairwell handrails are being wiped hourly
• Concierge and janitorial staff now wear gloves during all shifts
• Packages are sprayed with disinfectant once they are received by the concierge
• All elevators have been restricted for the use of one individual at a time

The commercial fogging/professional deep cleaning is a comprehensive, four-hour cleaning of all common areas and surfaces in the community. The cleaning crew utilizes a Dyna-Fog machine to thoroughly disinfect all walls, hallways, stairwells, elevators, entrances, lobbies, amenity areas, and hard-to-reach places. Mark Built Homes ordered these additional professional cleanings as an extra layer of security and peace-of-mind for the building’s residents and staff.

365 Ocean is located right on Ocean Avenue in Long Branch, enviably situated just steps from a quiet beach setting, but within walking distance of the celebrated boutique stores, dining and entertainment at Pier Village. The community is more than 50 percent sold at the moment and about 25 percent occupied. Home buyers who purchase now will still be able to close and move in this summer. Select homes are available for quick close and occupancy in 30 days.

Homes in the seven-story building are currently priced from the low $900s to over $2.7 million. They offer up to 2,411 square feet of living space, dramatic ocean views and private outdoor space. Most homes feature two-bedroom layouts and an open floorplan, although select three-bedroom homes are available. Two assigned indoor parking places are included with each residence. The community’s website was recently updated to include more details about each home design.

365 Ocean was designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve Architects, the 2019 American Institute of Architects New Jersey Firm of the Year, with interiors by renowned Chicago-based interior designer Mary Cook & Associates. Each residence includes luxurious finishes and appointments such as soaring ceilings approaching 10 feet in height, oak flooring, gas hookups that accommodate outdoor grills, and glass railings that shield the wind. Gourmet kitchens boast attractive features such as custom wood cabinetry, oversized islands, maintenance free quartz countertops, stainless steel undermount sinks, and high-end appliances.

Residents also enjoy a full suite of plush amenities and services, highlighted by a second-floor amenity level that features a club room with wet bar, Wi-fi, charging stations, lounge seating, and a theatre and television area. Outside, a spectacular infinity-edge plunge pool and outdoor breezeway with gas fire pit both overlook the ocean.

A state-of-the-art video doorman will provide 24-hour, seven-day-a-week visitor and delivery management. The lobby, elevator, and garage area are fully monitored with high-resolution cameras, and a lobby concierge will be available Memorial Day through Labor Day. Residents can provide access to their guests through an app on their Smart phone, without the need to leave the beach or pool. Two custom elevators serve all floors and electric car charging will be available in the garage.

The Long Branch location of 365 Ocean offers home buyers the sun, sand and surf experience that makes shore living so popular, as well as walking-distance access to boutique shops, sidewalk cafes, and gourmet restaurants with oceanfront al fresco dining. However, the community is removed enough from all of the action that the beaches are quiet, the crowds are sparse, and the ocean views are immaculate.

In addition to the many walking-distance destinations, residents of 365 Ocean are just a short drive from a number of shopping, dining, and entertainment options in downtown Red Bank and Asbury Park. Manhattan is also just a ferry ride or train ride away. Commuter ferries operate out of the nearby town of Highlands daily, and NJ TRANSIT rail service to Manhattan is also available via the Long Branch train station, which is within walking distance of 365 Ocean. The Monmouth Medical Center is also just a short walk away.
