TRENTON, NJ – In two weeks, some New Jersey business owners might be able to reopen their small businesses, including outdoor dining at restaurants, limited in-person retail sales, and youth summer camps can open.  “This is a phased-in restart,” Murphy said.

Is your mane growing out of control?  You’re going to have to wait three weeks.   Barbershops and hair salons can reopen on June 22nd.

Murphy praised the protesters in New Jersey and did not condemn any of the riotings in towns that led to damage and looting against businesses in Atlantic City and Trenton.
