Mo Hill Violated the Law When He Hired Campaign Donor to $500,000 No Bid Contract

TOMS RIVER, NJ – Toms River Mayor Maurice, Mo Hill either is ignorant to the law or he willfully broke the law to award a $500,000 contract to his campaign donor, Assemblyman Gregory P. McGuckin.  The information is evidenced in a detailed complaint filed by Councilman Dan Rodrick against the mayor, council and McGuckin.   This week, I tried to raise my concerns at the township council meetings but was refused by the arrogant and smug Kevin Geoghegan, one of Hill’s henchmen on the township council.    The town can silence us all they want at their bi-weekly meetings, but they can’t silence our voice, so here it goes.

On Tuesday i went before the town council to express our dismay about the clear violation of the pay to play laws in our town. I was met with smirks and silence and was even told i was not allowed to adress the mayor at a township meeting. I will not let this go and will be at every meeting until this is addressed and i will stand and fight with councilman Rodrick i ask you to do the same and sign the petition linked below asking for the Mayors resignation, the censure of the council and the immediate voiding of the 500,000 dollar no bid contract.
