Barnegat Bay Police, Trump, Military Appreciation Boat Parade Seeks to Break World Record on Saturday

TOMS RIVER, NJ –  A massive boat parade honoring President Donald Trump, American veterans and police will take off on a three-hour tour (or so).  Stafford Township Councilman George Williams is the Grand Marshall of the parade which will start at 9:30 at the Route 37 bridges between Seaside Heights and Toms River.  From there, the parade, which is expecting to be a world record event will head north towards the Mantoloking Bridge.  Another parade route will head south to the Route 72 causeway bridge in Manahawkin.

Boaters interested in participating can grab their pro-USA, Trump, military and law enforcement flags and banners and meet up by 9:30 am at the mouth of the Barnegat Bay.

“Expecting to set a world’s record, boaters are congregating at the mouth of Tom’s River in Barnegat Bay,” Williams said. “The northbound parade will start from the mouth of the Toms River and go past the Mantoloking Bridge. The southbound parade will start from the mouth of the Toms River and go past the Manahawkin Bridge all the way down to Beach Haven.”

The parade is being organized by Williams and Chris Molla who hosted a similar event July 4th weekend.  Over 1,300 boats were in that parade and they are hoping to have more than 2,000 during Saturday’s procession.
