As Democrats across America continue to ignore the rules they have placed upon their citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are being called to task for their actions. Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee said if you are a government official who shuts down businesses, you should lose your pay. “They have no skin in the game,” Huckabee said. “There are no consequences. Let them suffer some consequences financially and things will change.”
Ironically, two days after violating his own executive order, California Governor Gavin Newsom tightened restrictions.
“Due to the rise in #COVID19 cases, CA is issuing a limited Stay at Home Order. Non-essential work and gatherings must stop from 10pm-5am in counties in the purple tier. This will take effect at 10pm on Saturday and remain for 1 month. Together–we can flatten the curve again,” Newsom tweeted Thursday.
