Crack Dealer Arrested During Motor Vehicle Stop in Brick

BRICK TOWNSHIP, NJ  – Brick Police on Thursday announced the arrest of a man who is accused of selling crack within the township. Last Thursday, November 12th, Detectives of the Brick Twp. police Department’s Street Crimes Unit conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Fairfield Avenue and Lynwood Avenue. The SCU was assisted by Officer Chris Newlund of the patrol Division.
Baynard was arrested and charged with possession of crack, possession of Xanax, possession of crack with the intent to distribute, possession of Xanax with the intent to distribute, and possession of paraphernalia. His charges were issued on a warrant and he was lodged in the Ocean County Jail.The driver of the vehicle was issued a warning for the motor vehicle violations.
