One Person Dead in Portland Crash

PORTLAND, OR – A fatal crash has closed Southeast Stark Street near Southeast 127th Avenue on Tuesday.  On Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:41p.m., East Precinct officers were dispatched to a report of a crash on Southeast Stark Street near Southeast 127th Avenue. When officers and paramedics arrived, they found occupants of two cars with severe injuries. Two patients were transported to an area hospital by ambulance with life-threatening injuries. One person was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The Portland Police Traffic Division Major Crash Team is responding to the scene and will be investigating. Southeast Stark Street will remain closed at Southeast 125th Avenue to 127th for several hours.

The PIO is not responding to the scene. More information will be released after investigators learn more.
