Drug dealers moving cocaine from LA to Riverside busted in Lake Elsinore hotel room

Riverside, CA – The Riverside Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and the U.S Postal Inspection Service have been conducting a joint investigation into a drug trafficking organization that has been distributing cocaine from the Inland Empire.

On Wednesday, December 2, 2020, Narcotics Unit detectives, with the assistance of the Riverside Police Department’s METRO (SWAT) Team and Post Release Accountability and Compliance (PACT) Team, served a search warrant at a residence in the 27000 block of Swift Street, located in the city of Menifee. They served a second search warrant at a hotel room in the 31800 block of Casino Drive, located in the city of Lake Elsinore. As a result, two men were arrested and approximately 15 kilograms of cocaine, 100 pounds of marijuana, and almost $200,000 dollars in cash were found and seized.

Winston Biggs, 51-years-old of Georgia, was arrested and booked into jail for multiple drug trafficking violations. He is currently being held on $500,000 bail. This suspect is also known to use the name of Richard Johnson.


Donald Allen, 51-years-old of Menifee, was arrested and booked into jail for multiple drug trafficking violations. He is also being held on $500,000 bail. This suspect is known to use the names of Wade Nurse and Sean Ellis.
