Mailbox theft suspects sought on Staten Island

NEW YORK, NY – Police are investigating a residential break-in that occurred on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in the vicinity of Victory Boulevard and Bertha Place. According to reports, at around 4:50 PM, two unknown male individuals forcibly entered a residential building and opened a mailbox in the lobby area, removing mail that contained two credit cards.

The individuals fled the location on foot, and their identity remains unknown. Media depicting the suspects has been released by the NYPD’s DCPI, and anyone with information is urged to contact the police immediately.
