BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Police are searching for 13-year-old Dwan Owens Jr., who was reported missing Thursday from the Windsor Mill area, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
Owens is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatsuit, white tennis shoes, and carrying a bright blue duffel bag.
Authorities classified the case as a critical missing persons alert.
