WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Washington, D.C., Metro Police Department are asking for help locating 14-year-old Carlos Smallwood.
Carlos Smallwood was last seen at the 1300 Block of Peabody Street in Northwest, D.C., at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
Police describe Smallwood as a “black male, 5’6” tall, 120 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was wearing.
