Steinhauer: NJEA far from alone on PARCC concerns

Earlier today, nearly 100 people testified at an open hearing of the NJ State Board of Education.  Nearly all addressed issues related to high-stakes standardized testing, and nearly all expressed concerns about the rapid expansion and misuse of those tests.
