Scott M. Colabella Starts Second Term as County Clerk

TOMS RIVER – Scott M. Colabella will be sworn in to his second five-year term as Ocean County Clerk at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 6 inside Courtroom 1 in the county courthouse at Washington St.

Colabella is responsible for the administration of a range of services offered by the County Clerk’s Office, including assisting residents in obtaining passports and the administration of county elections.

He is the 17th person to serve as county clerk since 1850. Colabella served as Deputy County Clerk for seven years before his election to his first five-year term in 2010.
