HS ICE HOCKEY: Southern Regional Dominates Toms River South 12-2

T.J. Hawkins and Matt Scalvino scored three goals each as the Southern Regional High School hockey team defeated visiting Toms River South on Tuesday, 12-2.

Paul Keyes and David Lytle scored two goals each for the Rams. Reno D’agostini and Nick Godfrey also scored for Southern Regional. Goalie Paul LaGuardia made 14 saves for the Rams.

Hunter Simeon scored both of the Indians’ goals. Mike Caufield, Michael Jacoby and Rick Napoli had one assist each for Toms River South. Troy Defontes made 28 saves for the Indians.
