LONG BRANCH-On September 12, 2017 at approximately 2320 hours, 2 white male subjects entered the fenced area underneath the boardwalk at the Pier Village gazebo. The two subjects removed an ATV which was stored there and took it out for a joy ride on the beach. They managed to flip the ATV causing damage upwards of $3,000.00 before returning it to its original location. Please take a look at the attached photo.
