You are invited to come out and celebrate Jackson Township’s Annual Clean Communities Jackson Day Harvest Festival taking place on Saturday, October 28th, rain or shine, at John F. Johnson Jr. Memorial Park located on Kierych Memorial Drive. Opening Ceremonies start at 11am where we will honor Holbrook Little League. There will be a parade honoring the Holbrook Boys of Summer which will begin at Holman School around 10am and proceed down Manhattan Street to Bennetts Mills Road to Cooks Bridge Road then into Johnson Park for the opening ceremonies. Spectators are asked to park safely along the parade route and for those that live along this route, you are invited to show your support as they pass by!

Throughout the day you will get to enjoy entertainment from the Sensational Soul Cruisers, Rockers Live, The Capri’s and Emil Stucchio and The Classics. This event boasts numerous vendors that include food, merchandise, games and information. Many craft and flea market vendors will be on site as well. Kids will get to enjoy their own entertainment by Yosi, David Darwin the Darling, Anthony Salazar Magic and Robert Eric the Piano Man. Other children’s activities include Touch-A-Truck, Pumpkin painting, free rides on the Halloween Bouncer, 70’s Mega obstacle course, Kiddie Swings, Kiddie Carousel, Whirley Bird and the Trackless Train. Kids are also encouraged to trick or treat at our decorated vendor booths.

For the first time ever, this year’s event will include a Cigar Tent. Mayor Reina will be donating the first 50 cigars, but you are welcome to bring your own. A donation will be collected upon entering the tent which will go directly to the Jackson Women of Today Food Pantry to assist the families in need for the Holiday season. We ask that the cigar smoking remain within the tent, which will be located away from the crowd and other booths. Mayor Reina is looking forward to sharing a cigar with the residents.
