TOMS RIVER-Residents can now express their artistic abilities with friends and enjoy food and wine at the same time at the newest arts and crafts based business to open in Downtown Toms River, Refresh Your Pallet.
Mayor Kelaher and Councilmen Mo Hill and George Wittmann helped cut the ribbon for the Grand Opening of the business this week.
New business owner, Taurla Blake, brings arts, crafts and wine to the district. According to their website:
