SEASIDE HEIGHTS-Known in local circles as the best ride on the boardwalk to ride after you pounded down a few drinks along the boards or at the clubs, the Centrifuge is coming back.

Once located on the far end of the Casino Pier, which has since been destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and removed, the spinning, twisting ride offered a spectacular light show and music.

In the 1990’s, the ride gained in popularity as a cult favorite amongst teenagers and twentysomethings.  It was at one time one of the more popular rides in Seaside Heights.

The Casino Pier announced the ride will open in 2019.
