Internationally renowned NJ native Cynthia Sayer is bringing her Hot Banjo Show to the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts at Ocean County College for Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon, September 30 at 3:00pm.

Award-winning instrumentalist/vocalist/bandleader Cynthia Sayer is acclaimed by musicians, critics, and fans alike as one of the top four-string jazz banjoists in the world today. Her eclectic, swing-based shows embody the rarely-heard range and versatility of the four-string banjo in the hands of a master, celebrating historic jazz banjo stars, Vaudeville, American Songbook favorites, virtuoso classics, fun anecdotes, and more.

Accompanying Sayer for the concert will be her Joyride Quartet: Jim Fryer on trombone, Mike Weatherly on string bass and vocals, and Arthur Vint on drums.
