MANASQUAN-As Chef Gordon Ramsay wraps up production at Toms River’s Caneda’s White Rooster, his crew is moving on to another project for his show, ’24 Hours to Hell and Back”.  This time, Ramsay is headed north to Blend on Main, a “next level American” style restaurant.

Blend on Main sits beneath the Inn on Main on Main Street in downtown Manasquan.

Executive Chef Lou Smith’s operation fares better than Ramsay’s previous project, with a 4-star Yelp! rating.   Most of Blend’s reviews on Yelp! in recent months have been mostly 5-star reviews raving about the food quality, but many new concerns began arising about service, which often can overshadow a great meal.

And of course, there are always the signature favorites, including Ahi Tuna Taco, Lobster Mac n’ Cheese and our C.A.B. Filet Mignon.”
