AP: Rain snarls traffic in Southern California

A soggy morning commute in the Los Angeles area slowed traffic and was blamed for several accidents. The California Highway Patrol said a semi jackknifed with the 30,000 pound trailer partially hanging off an overpass. (Dec. 4)
