Monday, December 16, 2019. As New Jersey’s legislative session is coming to an end many bills are considered, ranging from bills granting driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants, removing the religious exemption for child vaccines, putting marijuana legalization on the ballot, and authorizing some local school districts to exceed the 2-percent property tax cap.
