School Bus Driver Charged With Distributing “Obscene” Materials to Students

MARLBORO-Marlboro police aren’t releasing much information but confirmed that a school bus driver,  Dominic Vella, of Brick has been charged promoting obscene material and endangering the welfare of a child.   The incident happened at Collier High School, a private school for children with disabilities.
