OceanFirst Foundation Awards Food Relief Grants to Seven Community Partners

Toms River, NJ – OceanFirst Foundation of Toms River has awarded seven rapid response grants totaling $115,000 to community partners providing emergency food relief during the pandemic. Grants were awarded to Community Food Bank of New Jersey, Fulfill, Family Food Relief of New Jersey, Jewish Family Services Atlantic County, Lunch Break, Salvation Army of Atlantic City and The Food Bank of South Jersey.

“OceanFirst Foundation is pleased to award Rapid Response Grants to our trusted Food Bank partners to alleviate the food insecurity being experience by our neighbors in need during this pandemic.” said Katherine Durante, Executive Director of OceanFirst Foundation.

Since its inception, OceanFirst Foundation has contributed in excess of 7,700 grants totaling more than $40 million to over 900 local charities.
