TOMS RIVER, NJ – The high winds that caused massive damage in Toms River’s East Dover section last week were caught on camera as the force of the passing storm uprooted large trees, destroyed neighborhood fences and caused damage to many homes.

Now, residents are chipping in to help a landscaper whose overturned trailer became the iconic image of that destruction.

“So our house got hit with a tornado. Seems like the insurance company is not going to help out with much of anything, especially Julio’s camper,” said homeowner Ryan Uldrich. “Anybody who has love for this wonderful man Please chip in. I wish I could just hand him the cash but I don’t have it and its a very tough year.”
