MIDDLETOWN, NJ – Police and the Monmouth County Prosecutors were alerted of a body that was found washed up along Ideal Beach in Middletown early this morning. Police said there was no initial appearance of any trauma to the victim. Police are now seeking to identify the body and asking anyone who may have information to contact Detective First Class Daniel Sullivan at (732) 615-2120 .
