Seaside Heights, Boardwalk Amusement Games, Miniature Golf Now open; Drive-In Movie This Weekend

SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NJ – If you’re looking for something to do that doesn’t involve sitting at home or eating takeout this weekend at the Jersey Shore, the boardwalk in Seaside Heights has some options as the Casino Pier is reopening games of chance and the miniature golf course.

“Who’s ready to mini golf?! We are excited to announce Smuggler’s Quay Adventure Golf OPENS TODAY 3pm-8pm,” the company said Thursday. “Guest Information: Face Masks are Required to play when guests are playing near each other. Guests will be required to wear a face mask in the sales booth when entering and exiting. .
Golf Clubs will be placed in a bin at the end of play to be disinfected, as well as all balls. Golf pencils will be discarded after use.”

“Select midway games are open … and some crane games on the boardwalk,” the company said.

Coming to Seaside Heights this weekend?


“A the drive-in: The American classic movie “Sleepless in Seattle” will be shown on Friday, June 12 and the Disney classic “Frozen 2” Saturday the 13th. Both movies are free, but space is limited to under 100 cars. The movies will start at dusk on the Hiering Ave. and Ocean Terrace parking lot. Entrance will start at 8 p.m.: first-come-first-served due to the limited space. All social distancing rules will be followed,” the borough said.
