Ginny Haines Pulls Back Door Appointment to Land Trust Board off the Agenda After Being Exposed by Shore News Network

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders, led by Ginny Haines, regardless of who it says the director is, pulled a plan to appoint a newly appointed Jackson Township Councilman to the Natural Land Trust Advisory Board today after the plan was exposed to the public.   Instead of voting to oust Berkeley Township Councilman John Bacchione because he doesn’t play “good old boy” games with Haines, Assemblyman Greg McGuckin and OC GOP Chairman Frank Holman, the board decided to wait for now…until the dust settles.

Bacchione would have been the latest in a long line of political executions handed out by Hains, Holman and McGuckin simply because he didn’t fall in line in 2019 when the trio took power in local government.

Also blocked in this action is Jackson Township dirt-mafia powerbroker Clara Glory who would have had two members of her town on the committee.

If it wasn’t for the investigation conducted by Shore News Network this week, this appointment would have gone unnoticed and would have been a done deal today.
