Two From Trenton Charged with Dealing Heroin in Jackson Township

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Tuesday June 30, 2020 at approximately 5:30 pm, detectives assigned to the department’s Special Enforcement Unit concluded an investigation into the information of subjects conducting narcotics sales in the township.

At that time, the officers conducted a motor vehicle stop with the suspect vehicle on Grand Boulevard and placed the female driver and male passenger under arrest. Officers recovered 2 bricks, or approximately 100 bags of heroin, marijuana, paraphernalia and cash in excess of $800.00.

Arrested:

Demetrius Moses-Lake, age 24 of Trenton, NJ. He was charged with: possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute. He was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail.

Emily Gibson, age 23 of Trenton, NJ. She was charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance while operating a motor vehicle. She was processed and released on summons pending a court appearance.


The 2006 Honda the female was driving was seized for possible forfeiture proceedings.


As of this posting, Lake had been released from the Ocean County Jail.
