New Jersey’s Bill Stepien named Trump Campaign Manager

Bill Stepien, a New Jersey Jersey native is now the campaign manager for President Donald J. Trump.  Stepien brings years of political experience to the campaign including serving as the National Director for John McCain, state political director for George W. Bush was one of the driving forces behind Trump’s 2016 victory.  The decision came Tuesday night after a meeting between Stepien and Trump.

Stepien is experienced when it comes to turning a bad situation into a good one.   He did it for Trump in 2016 when polls across America showed the President was losing in key battleground states.  This year, Stepien was part of a team that overcame adversity and propelled David Richter to victory in New Jersey’s third congressional district.

Stepien is a graduate of West Morris Central High. He graduated from Rutgers University and began his political career in 1997 working with the late Anthony Bucco.   He served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs.
