LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – Wednesday evenings are biker nights at the Lakeside Diner in Forked River.  The diner made news over the summer by defying Governor Phil Murphy’s orders to keep indoor dining at New Jersey restaurants shut down for an extended period of time.  On Wednesday night, a fight broke out, requiring at least one person to be medically evacuated by helicopter to a trauma hospital.  Police response was required.  No further details have been released at this time.  We reached out this morning to Lacey Township Police Chief Michael DiBella for further details.  File Photo: Lakeside Diner (Not from Wednesday night).
