7,000 Misprinted Ballots in Teaneck will be Reprinted and Redelivered to Voters

TEANECK, NJ – 7,000 Teaneck residents will be receiving new election ballots after a printing error had the wrong candidate for congress listed.  Some Teaneck voters received ballots with the Democrat congressional candidates for the wrong district.  The town is split between the 5th and 9th congressional districts where Bill Pascrell and Josh Gottheimer are running for office on the Democratic tickets.   The county blamed the mistake on a printing vendor error.  Residents who receive a new ballot will have to vote again, as the original ballots will not be counted.
