$10,000 Reward Offered for Tips to Solve Murder of Juan Michael Ross in Columbia

HOWARD COUNTY, MD –  The Howard County police have doubled the reward up to $10,000 for information about the fatal shooting of 23-year-old Juan Michael Ross on Oct. 4 in Columbia.  Officers were called to the 9600 block of Basket Ring Road at approximately 2:37 p.m. for a report that a subject had been shot outside a residence. Ross, of Jessup, was pronounced dead at the scene.  Detectives are still looking into the possibility the incident may have been drug-related, and whether the involved parties were known to one another.
