Man Shot Dead on West North Avenue in Baltimore

On October 27, 2020, at approximately 6:33 p.m., Western District officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Collett Street investigate a “Shot Spotter” alert. While in route, responding officers came upon an unresponsive unidentified male in the 1500 block of West North Avenue. Officers observed that the unidentified male was suffering from gunshot wounds. A ambulance was summoned and the victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel shortly after arrival.  Homicide detectives responded and assumed control over the investigation.  Anyone with information is urged to contact Homicide detectives, at 410-396-2100.
