PHILADELPHIA, PA – Former U.S. President Joe Biden knows Philadelphia well…so well, that he claims he’s called Pennsylvania’s ‘third senator’. Biden is such a son of the City of Brotherly love, he wore and showed off his imaginary Philadelphia Eagles jacket. Except…it wasn’t an Eagles jacket. It was a jacket with the logo of the University of Delaware Blue Hens. “I know Philadelphia well. I married a Philly girl, by the way,” Biden told a crowd in Philadelphia. “And by the way, I’ve got my Eagles jacket on.”
