Dan Bongino’s Conservative Parler App Passes TikTok And You Tube to Take #1 Spot

It’s no secret.  Facebook and Twitter have been relentlessly attacking conservative media outlets, Republicans, and Trump supporters for quite some time, but this week, they took their actions to a whole new level. The two tech giants have squelched the President; censored major conservative-leaning media outlets and personalities; and essentially declared an information war against anyone who disagrees with their political views.

Parler, a social media alternative to Facebook and Twitter,  owned in part by Conservative media figure Dan Bongino has welcome “Faceblock” and “Shtitter” political refugees with open arms and it has paid off.  This week Parler became the top downloaded mobile app, passing TikTok and YouTube.

“The media and the anti-Trump lunatics have awakened a sleeping giant. We gave a collective middle finger to the tech tyrants as Parler remains the NUMBER ONE most downloaded app in the world. Thank you!” Bongino said Sunday.

On June 13th, 2020 Bongino announced he had purchased an ownership stake in the social media startup.  That investment is paying off as millions of Americans disenfranchised by Twitter and Facebook are making an exodus from those two platforms after a ridiculous level of censorship, post limiting, account blocking, account locking, account throttling, and account deletions have taken place over the past two weeks.

Many feel that effort was to squelch the voice of the right.

On Sunday, conservative author and podcaster Mark R. Levin, who has 2.7 million followers on Twitter invited all of them to follow him to Parler…and they did.

“Hurry and follow me at Parler. I’m trying to encourage as many of you as possible to immediately join me there as I may not stay at Facebook or Twitter if they continue censoring me. And one day I’ll have left their platform,” Levin said.

You can download Parler for your mobile device or visit www.parler.com to sign up and be sure to check out Shore News Network when you get there.

This summer, Bongino came up to New Jersey to support the Atilis Gym and we thank him to this day for that huge shout out!
