New York Governor Andrew Cuomo made some bold accusations against President Donald J. Trump and his COVID-19 vaccination strategy.  Cuomo said Trump’s plan to roll out the Pfizer vaccination is flawed and will leave out many disenfranchised Americans.   Cuomo alleged that the vaccination will be sold only at personal health care providers. That claim was quickly debunked by Pfizer’s CEO.

“My state does more testing than any state in the United States. We did 12 million tests. We have to do 20 million vaccines. And the Trump administration is rolling out the vaccination plan, and I believe it’s flawed, I believe it learns nothing from the past,” Cuomo said this week.  “They’re basically going to have the private providers do it. And that’s going to leave out all sorts of communities that were left out the first time when COVID ravaged them.”

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said the vaccine will be free to all Americans.

“The Trump administration denied COVID, so they were never ready for it, so there was no mobilization of the government,” Cuomo said, despite his state receiving a federal hospital ship for COVID-19 cases that was barely used by the state. y state does more testing than any state in the United States,” Cuomo said. “You can deny a problem, you can never solve it, and that’s true in life. The Trump administration denied COVID.”
