Palm City Man Arrested for Drugs, Then Sheriffs Found Videos of Him Sexually Abusing Drunk Women on Phone

PALM CITY, FL – Video recovered from the social media account and cell phone of a Martin County man initially arrested for drugs has been charged with three crimes related to that video.
47-year old Rowland Washington Jadusingh of Palm City was arrested for possession and distribution of steroids. Throughout the course of the narcotics investigation, detectives discovered that Jadusingh’s social media accounts and his cell phone contained videos of him engaging in sexual activity multiple times with different women. On one of the videos, the woman appeared to be incapacitated and completely unaware that she was being sexually battered and videotaped.
A second woman told detectives she was not aware that he distributed the video through social media until she was notified. Two other women on the videos have not yet been identified. Detectives are concerned that those women are not aware that the videos have been distributed without their consent or knowledge. Detectives believe some of the women may have met Jadusingh through various dating apps.
If you, or someone you know, had any personal involvement with Rowland Jadusingh and have questions, concerns, or information that might be helpful to this investigation, please contact the Martin County Sheriff’s Office at 772-220-7060. Victim’s identities are kept private from the public.
