4 Covid-19 deaths reported in Bay County

BAY COUNTY, FL – The Florida Department of Health in Bay County (DOH-Bay) received confirmation of four COVID-19 related deaths, a 74-year-old woman (case confirmed October 10), a 77-year-old man (case confirmed October 14), a 64-year-old man (case confirmed October 27), and a 49-year-old man (case counted November 21). DOH-Bay offers condolences to the families and will continue to work diligently with our community partners to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
DOH-Bay received confirmation of 64 additional cases of COVID-19 in Bay County residents with 784 negative test results and a 7.55% positive rate for November 20, 92 additional cases of COVID-19 in Bay County residents with 758 negative test results and a 10.82% positive rate for November 21 and 20 additional cases of COVID-19 in Bay County residents with 154 negative test results and a 11.49% positive rate for November 22.
According to the Agency for Health Care Administration, as of 9 a.m. today there are 36 persons in Bay County hospitals with a primary diagnosis of COVID-19.
