Greenville Pastor Charged for Sexual Assault of Child

GREENVILLE, SC – Investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office have arrested 43 year-old, Moises Norberto Guerrero for 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor and 2nd degree Assault and Battery.
The charges brought forth against Norberto-Guerrero stem from incidents occurring between 2008 and 2019, against multiple victims. Investigators received the initial report on October 19, 2020 regarding illegal sexual contact made by the defendant against a minor victim. The information received indicated Norberto-Guerrero inappropriately touched a 7 year-old child who attended church services at Iglesia Pentecostal Jehovah Jireh Church, located at 1200 Easley Bridge Road, where Norberto-Guerrero pastored.
During the course of the investigation, another victim came forward on November 16th, with information that the defendant inappropriately touched him on multiple occasions. Investigators conducted thorough investigations into the allegations and found probable cause to obtain the above mentioned warrants on Noberto-Guerrero, who was arrested on November 19th.
