82-Year-Old handicapped LA man on scooter in critical condition after hit and run

BOYLE HEIGHTS, LOS ANGELES, CA – An 82-year-old man was run over while crossing the street in his motor scooter in Boyle Heights.  On December 4th a Hit & Run occurred at Whittier Blvd & Mott in Boyle Heights.
