Two Panama City drug dealers back behind bars after weekend raid

PANAMA CITY, FL –  Two convicted felons in Panama City are back behind bars today after a search warrant executed by the Panama City Police Department found they were back to dealing drugs in the community. The Panama City Police Department announced the arrest of Abram Santiago, age 31, of Panama City, and Nathalie Perez-Torres, age 28, of Panama City. On Saturday, December 5, 2020, Investigators with the Street Crimes Unit went to Foxwood Apartments, 1701 Hamilton Avenue in Panama City to serve two arrest warrants for Santiago for the Sale of Fentanyl. Santiago was detained and he was found to have multiple bags of fentanyl and $5,290 on his person. The investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed at the residence he shares with Perrez Torres. Investigators seized more than 10 grams of fentanyl packaged for distribution, a Ruger .40 firearm, and $5,290 in drug proceeds. Both Santiago and Perez Torres are convicted felons.
