19-Year-Old woman was target of Portland drive-by shooting

PORTLAND, OR – On Saturday, at 10:55 p.m., A 19-year-old male and female were sitting in their car in the 5600 block of Northeast 19th Avenue when they heard shots being fired. They ducked down, quickly left the area, and drove to a nearby parking lot to call 911.

Officers from the North Precinct responded and located 14 casings at the scene. The victims were not injured and their vehicle was struck three times by bullets. There is no indication the victims had any reason to be the intended target and this would appear to be random. No arrests have been made and there is no suspect information to share at this time.
